Yes - it will fit you. The pareo wraps and ties, so one piece sits comfortably from XS to XXL; you set the fit with your hands. So skip the size question and choose by length instead - short, midi, long or x-long - for the look you want, not the number you brace yourself for. Movement over measurement.
Made by hand in Guéliz
Our pieces are made in a small atelier in Guéliz, run end to end by women, on the same Marrakech street my family has kept for three generations - beside my father's Rotisserie de la Paix, where the air still smells of it at noon. Fatima, thirty-seven years at the craft, and the women at the next table cut and finish the Jawhara cloth - an eastern stripe, poly and silk, the kind that catches light and falls soft - into pieces meant to be worn, not stored. More hands, fewer machines; less waste, more meaning. A pareo that ties to fit you belongs to the same idea: clothing that bends to the woman, never the woman to the cloth.
Why a wrap fits everyone
A fixed cut decides in advance what your waist should be, and then asks you to agree. A wrap asks nothing - you fold it, cross it, knot it where it feels right, and there it stays. It travels with you through a heavier week, a lighter month, a pregnancy, a holiday table you do not want to leave. One piece, XS to XXL, because the fit lives in your hands and not on a sewn-in label that someone else chose.
Short, midi, long or x-long
Choose by the day in front of you. Short is the playful one - beach to lunch, bare ankles, the last gold of the afternoon. Midi is the one my hand reaches for first: it goes with flats or heels and forgives whatever the morning was. Long gives you a little movement at the hem, the kind that reads well across a dinner table. X-long pools and trails - and if you are petite, knot it higher so it skims the floor instead of sweeping it. Four lengths, one wrap, the call is yours.
How to wear it
Tie it to a matching scarf top and it reads as a set. Tuck it under a crisp white shirt and it belongs to the city. Add a raffia fruit earring - hand-crocheted by Fatima - for one note of colour, or carry La Sculpture basket bag and let it be Marrakech head to toe. It rolls small into a case, sits patiently in there, and shakes out ready when you arrive. A postcard from Marrakech you happen to be wearing.
Worn on real bodies
A wrap looks different on every woman, and that is the whole point of it. Shorter on a tall sister, fuller when it is knotted low, neat when it is knotted high - one length of cloth, a hundred silhouettes. Worn, shared, lived in. When you tie yours, send us the photo from your own golden hour; we keep them pinned up in the studio, beside the cloth they came from.

FAQ
Yes. Because the pareo ties rather than zips, the fit is in your hands - you fold it, cross it, knot it where it feels right, and it holds there. One piece sits comfortably from XS to XXL; no number to choose, nothing to size up or down into.
Start with the midi - it goes with flats or heels and forgives whatever the morning was. Short keeps things light for the beach and lunch; long and x-long give you movement at the hem for the evening.
The Jawhara stripe is light, a poly-and-silk blend, so treat it gently - a cool hand wash, hang to dry, a low iron if you like the stripe crisp. It rolls small for the suitcase and shakes out ready when you get there.
