What are the delivery times ?
In stock: your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 48 business hours.

Made-to-order: allow ~3 weeks for crafting, then 48 hours for dispatch.

Indicative transit times: ~48h within Morocco, 3–7 days to Europe, 10–15 days to the US and the Middle East (depending on carrier/destination).

How much is shipping?
We do our best to offer free shipping whenever possible, but as a young brand this isn’t always feasible.

The cost depends on destination and shipping method; the final price is shown at checkout.

Please also consider potential import duties and taxes depending on your country.

How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link (when available for your carrier/destination).

If tracking isn’t available, we’ll keep you updated by email at key steps (picked up, in transit, delivered).

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery for a return or exchange (excluding customized/made-to-measure items).

We offer one (1) free return per order: we cover the return shipping cost for your first return on that order. Any additional return(s) on the same order are at your expense.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48h) with photos; we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Conditions: item unused, in original condition, with original packaging and accessories.

Are sale items returnable?
Customized/made-to-measure items are not returnable (unless faulty).

Sale/discounted items are not returnable unless stated otherwise on the product page (or where local law requires).

When will I be refunded?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.

The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days after approval.
