General conditions of sale and use.

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the use of the website yza-shop.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “Website”) as well as any transaction carried out on this Site. Please read these General Conditions of Sale carefully. before using the Site or placing an order. Your use of the Website is voluntary, and by using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. This also means that you have met or exceeded the age of 13, which legally allows you to access the Site in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Article 1 - General information

The Site is operated by NAWAL RMILI YZA (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), a company registered at 80 rue Yougoslavie, Marrakech, 40.000, Morocco. The Seller designs, manufactures and markets bags and accessories (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”), presented on the Site throughout the world.

Article 2 - Products

The Products offered by the Seller are those which appear on the Site on the day of their consultation by the user and within the limits of available stocks. Descriptions, images and prices of the Products are provided for information purposes only and may be modified without notice. The Seller declares to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the complete accuracy of the information presented on the Site.

Article 3 - Order

To place an order, you must follow the instructions provided on the Site. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Validation of the order entails acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and forms the contract between you (the customer) and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion. In the event of refusal, you will be informed and the Seller will reimburse you if necessary.

Article 4 - Price and payment

The prices of the Products are indicated in DHS or EUR and are inclusive of VAT (all taxes included), unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs are indicated separately during the ordering process. Payment must be made at time of order unless otherwise noted. The payment methods available on the Site are as follows: Credit card, Paypal, Amana cash on delivery. An invoice showing VAT can be sent to you upon simple request to the Seller. In the event of a price promotion, the Seller undertakes to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the period of advertising for the promotion.

Article 5 - Delivery

You can choose between the following delivery methods: La Poste, DHL, Private carrier. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products within the deadlines indicated on the Site, but does not guarantee delivery times. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Please check the condition of the Products carefully upon receipt and inform the Seller of any problems as soon as possible.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the Products. To exercise this right, you must inform the Seller in writing and return the Products in their original condition, accompanied by all original accessories and packaging. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product. Any personalized Product is excluded from the right of withdrawal. You will be reimbursed 14 days after receipt of the return of the Products if they have been returned in their original condition. The refund will be made with the same means of payment as that used for the order.

Article 7 - Cancellations, exchanges and refunds

Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You can, however, exercise your right of withdrawal. You may return or exchange defective or damaged items within 30 days of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the original condition you received it. It must also be accompanied by its original packaging. Please note that sale or promotional items cannot be returned. After your return is received and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of the returned item. Once your refund is approved, the corresponding amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method in 5-10 business days. To make a return, please send the item to the following postal address: 66 rue Yugoslavie, Marrakech, 40000, Morocco. Shipping costs related to returning the item are your responsibility, except for the first return which is free.

Article 8 - Intellectual property

All content present on the Site, including texts, images, logos, brands, graphics and data, are the property of the Seller or its suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark law, trademark law, unfair competition and database law. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited and subjects offenders to legal action. The Products marketed by the Seller are also protected by intellectual property law and their reproduction is strictly prohibited. The Seller reserves the right to take any necessary legal action against any person or entity that copies its Products.

Article 9 - Limitation of liability

The Seller undertakes to keep the Site and its content up to date and accessible, but cannot guarantee its continuous operation, without error or without interruption. Article 12 - Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or transactions carried out on the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
