Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales made on yza-shop.com (the “Site”) by YZA Studio (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”) to any customer (“you”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Product photos and descriptions are provided for guidance; minor variations may occur due to artisanal production. Availability is indicated on each product page and may change at any time.

3. Prices, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in the currency selected on the Site. Any applicable duties, import taxes, or carrier surcharges for international deliveries are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock error); any amount captured will be refunded if an order is cancelled by us. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Made-to-Order Lead Time

Some items are made to order. Crafting time is approximately 3 weeks (business days). Once finished, we hand over the parcel to the carrier within 48 business hours.

6. Shipping (In-Stock & Dispatch)

In-stock items are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 business hours. Transit times shown at checkout are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk pass upon delivery to the address provided. Please check your parcel at reception and notify us promptly of any issue.

7. First Return Free (Right of Withdrawal)

You may return eligible items within 14 days from delivery (customized items excluded — see Article 9). We offer one (1) free return per order: we cover the return shipping cost for your first return on that order (via our label or reimbursement, as instructed by our team). Any additional return(s) on the same order are at your own shipping cost.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• You must contact us before sending anything back to obtain instructions/label.
• Once received and inspected, we process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days (shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless legally required).

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will proceed with a refund according to Article 7.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-measure items are not eligible for withdrawal/return unless defective. Any hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable) must be sealed and unopened.

10. Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assist with repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

11. Liability

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase on the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (designs, photographs, text, trademarks, logos) is owned by or licensed to YZA Studio and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted to you except as strictly necessary to browse and purchase from the Site.

13. Personal Data

We process your personal data to fulfil your order and operate the Site, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

16. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
